Use the form below to have businesses advertise on the back of our awesome Johnny O trailer. Each advertisement is one foot square and will show the business's support of the band. Students will receive up to 90% of the profit (amount to be determined by total number of squares sold) and it can be applied to either the band budget or the Hawaii trip.

We will be selling advertisements on the back of the John Overton Semi trailer, Ads will remain on Doors of trailer during the 2010-2011 Football and Competition season.  Our truck travels through out Middle Tennessee while traveling to Football games and to Marching Band Competition.  This is a first come first serve basis since we are limited to between 90 and 100 one foot squares.

Each One foot Square is $1000.00, along with having you ad on the Semi trailer, you will also have a full page add in the Football program, and you will also have a full page add in our Travelers Rest Invitational Program.

We have many new families joining us this year and I want to make sure everyone knows how to sign up for parking events.  Some of our veterans are forgetting information in their emails as well, so here is some information for new and old. 

 

When requesting parking assignments please include the name and date of the event and list every person you want to sign up to work.   I receive many emails everyday about parking.  If I have to ask for more information, the date could fill up before I can submit your request.  Remember you are not confirmed to work until you get an email from me saying you are confirmed.  Sometimes the date will be full and you will not get added. 

 

I do not send out reminders.  You must keep a calendar of dates you requested and are confirmed to work.  It is a good idea to check your email the day before or day of the event to make sure there are no time changes or cancellations.  I only make phone calls in emergencies!  I count on everyone to check their email regularly and use email to request, cancel or make changes to parking assignments. 

 

If you must cancel on the day of an event due to illness or emergency, please call my cell (945-0006) and leave a message.  I am a Metro teacher, so during the school year I will not answer my phone during the day, but I do check messages when I can.  You must let me know if you have to cancel, either by email (preferred) or by phone (if it is the day of the event, please call).  If you are marked as a "no show" for a couple of dates, Central Parking may ask me not to allow you to sign up anymore.  They want and need reliable people.

 

Please know your schedule before you request.  When I get your request, I send it in to Central Parking and then when they reply to me, I confirm with you.  Errors on your part cost us all time and energy.  Know your schedule.

Kroger Cares Cards--We provide Kroger Cares cards to all who are interested.  Simply load money on to the card.  When you buy groceries at Kroger's, the money is deducted from your card.  Kroger gives 4% back to the band and that money is credited to the student's account.  You get $4.00 credited to your account for every $100.00 you spend at Kroger's.  Kroger Cards are available at any time.  Get one for relatives---they are good at any Kroger's!
